From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and pampered. The staff went above and beyond especially the GM Jennifer to ensure our comfort, and the hotel's amenities were top-notch. The toys in the pool were a hit for the kids! Thanks definitely recommend and will return!
Had pretty much given up on Quality brand but this one is a gem. All of their great reviews were spot on. Clean, comfortable & quiet & front desk folks are very friendly. Players restaurant across the street was relaxing with a great menu, also recommended by the front desk. Thanks...we'll certainly be back
The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Staff was AMAZING! The breakfast was delicious. The best Quality Inn I have ever seen. Clean and well maintained. Love the decorations.
Nice hotel, comfortable beds, quiet. We stayed here when it was a Best Western before. Wasn't sure about staying again but the trip was last minute and had to take our 2 pups, they were able to get us a room in 30 minutes, we got there about 9am. Breakfast was decent. Only downside was when we were getting ice, the lid to the bucket was nasty on the bottom, we left it on the ice machine, very thankful for the plastic bag. As long as they keep up the maintenance, the rooms nice and such we will keep staying.
Decorating rented space for a baby shower. Space was really terrific for our needs. Plenty of tables and chairs to arrange as needed. Wall mounted big screen TV and projection screen. Friendly staff and plenty of time allowed for decorating and taking down.
The service at Quality Inn is amazing and the rooms are always clean. All of the employees are respectful and kind. I would come back here again and again. My wife is one of the employees and she's a hard working employee along with everyone who works here. Just over this is an amazing hotel
We had a great experience at this hotel. The breakfast was great. The hotel staff were very kind notably the front desk and kitchen staff were so friendly. The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated for the seasons. We will be staying here again in the future. Thank you for a great stay.
I’ve stayed here three times and every time the staff’s hospitality blows me away. The absolute friendliest staff in Missouri I’ve ever encountered. Everyone’s awesome but a particular shout out to JoJo for reaching out to help me with an item left behind.
